I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends. Staffs are very helpful & polite. Whenever we informed about
any problems they were trying to make that right ASAP . I am overall satisfied with this hotel but only one thing I found disappointing to me that
although the hotel in Kolkata but not
many Bengali dishes on the menu .
