I liked its layed back setup, closeness to the city centre and its cleanliness.

Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly.
Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.

Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road.
Recommend property and would stay again.

Disappointing. Very basic and shared shower and toilet. Sink in room and flat screen tv good.
No reception so had to phone for room key. Very noisy guests on same floor although this was not fault of property. Self serve breakfast, basically coffee/tea/toast. Not value for money for single guest.
