No frills Lake view room. You must be self sufficient, no staff directly available on property. Must text call or email to get help. Pool small and jacuzzi smaller. Centrally located to multiple north lake tahoe areas. Recommend a short stay type of spot. We stayed for 9 days for work.

The room was large and clean with a nice view of the lake Not a fan of the check-in process, though, and how there was no one manning the front desk. I called and spoke with someone (as the protocol dictated) but they didn't send me the email or text with my room code that they promised would be sent "right away." I had to call them back after 15 minutes and then wait on hold for them to answer before they resent it. This is very impersonal and inconvenient check in system in my opinion. Not a fan of the early 10am check out time, either.
