Wet friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It could use a small fridge. Other than that it was a very good stay

All good things to say about Santa Lucia—comfortable, affordable, quiet, helpful staff. Everything a person looks for in an urban hotel experience

Hard to find. Staff were short and lacked direction skills, and un interested.
Couldn't tell me where a bank cash machine was. Then restaurant staff treated me rudly.
