Everything was perfect in the hotel. All staffs who I met were so kind. We ordered the room service for breakfast, it was so good and made us happy:)

My girlfriend left a pair of shoes at the hotel when we left. We returned 8 days later and they still had them and delivered them to her room

The breakfast was very over priced. The selection was good but not all the food was good or hot.

My mother and I stay here for one night for some sightseeing in Suwon towards the end of our trip to Korea, and the hotel was in excellent location, very accessible with public transport and close to anything you might need, including a mall next to the station! The stuff were fantastic, friendly and accommodating, and although the room was on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice with wide variety and excellent coffee!
It was a lovely hotel and would highly recommend if you are planning on visiting Suwon!
