The room was clean and well cared for. The AC kept it cool which was a relief after a hot day. The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience.
However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day behind the room charge.

Great location in Ybor city! We were able to walk to dinner and check out the very cool area! Highly recommend the New York New York pizza place! It was so good! We stayed here one night before a cruise! It was wonderful and easy to get to from airport and to get to the port to cruise! Staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean. Will stay again if in area!

The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great in the center of Ybor City. We could walk to several interesting sites like the Columbia Restaurant.
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
