El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

My husband and I stayed at El Beso to celebrate my birthday during the first week of June. Our vacation was elevated to an entirely new level thanks to our exceptional butler, Jose. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Whether Jose was arranging reservations, anticipating our needs before we even asked, or ensuring our accommodations were always perfect, the service was flawless. What stood out most was Jose’s attention to detail and dedication to making our stay effortless and memorable. Every request was met promptly and with a smile, making us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our vacation. This level of personalized service transformed a great trip into an unforgettable experience. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Jose to anyone seeking a spectacular vacation experience. Truly stellar in every way!

Clean property nice staff We worked with Carlos Enrique , he did all the reservations and updated every day activities for us . Nice experience

Everything was just right , the hotel speaks for it self

My butler José Miguel Jiménez De Jesús was very helpful in assisting me to arrange dinner reservations at the restaurants. He is quick and responsive. The resort is huge! Tons of activities to do. Tons of restaurants. Gym facility had basic equipments and very spacey. Pools are big and great food. From buffet style to room service. Many restaurants we tried such as Sakura, Steakhouse and Route 66 were very good. We had an amazing time at Route 66 diner and the BBQ food and milkshakes were delicious. Friendly staff service. Although there is one disappointment, the beach in front of the resort has tons of seaweed and smells disgusting. I never saw a beach in Punta Cana so dirty. Very disappointed and unhappy
