A great place to stay in the heart of the Sydney CBD, within a 2 minute walk to Pitt Street Mall with its many shops, restaurants and cafes. Rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed.
Only downside were the staff who often seemed disinterested. Also found that calls to reception from my room went unanswered - including room service.
In short, great hotel but staff service was not great.

Amazing central location. Close to eateries and public transport and the Pitt St Mall.
There were issues with the lifts with long queues with 2 lifts not working.
This was unfortunate as it was the King’s Birthday weekend.
I would stay there again!

Good 15min away from Capitol theatre but a nice walk.
Hotel is in perfect location to go to darling harbour and Barangaroo with plenty of paid parking nearby the hotel
