Staff are simply amazing and the hotel is the perfect place for a ski trip. Our third time and it simply gets better.

Fantastic weekend stay, beautiful spa, lovely too. And great facilities. Very central in Zell am See with shops and restaurants within a one minute walk. Helpful staff especially as our room was quite distant and they were very helpful with bags for us.
