No obvious entrance. There is small door but not place to park. You have to go down an adjacent alley way to park in basement, the take elevator to lobby. Some of first floor room are within several feet of busy street and can be very noisy with motorcycles. Take earplugs, but rooms are over the top fabulous.

It was a lively location in Kensington, very walkable with good restaurants nearby. Felt like a neighborhood. Room size was excellent, breakfast was good, and the food at the Oxbow was very good.

Very convenient to downtown by LRT. Rooms clean and comfortable. Did not appreciate changing nightly rate,, especially as it was not clear ahead of time on Expedia.
