Everything was good except the hot tub wasn't working.

Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.

We came to Sundance for a funeral and stayed at the Serena Inns and Suites. Excellent service, we were allowed to sit by the pool past 10 and visit with family. Rooms and breakfast were excellent! Very clean!! Thank you!!
