Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean no issues and the waffle and cereal bar in the morning is very convenient

TV didn't turn on at first. Had to call the attendant.
TV was unplugged and cable unplugged.
Had to use 2 remotes to use it.
One to turn it on and one to control the TV.

The gal at the desk was very helpful when we needed to change our reservation! Floor in our room wasn't vacuumed, the rest of the room was for the most part clean. There was some repair done in our room that wasn't very well done and more repairs and a lamp that needed replaced. There were very few options offered for breakfast. It was quiet, shower water was definitely warm enoughand again, the lady at the front desk was professional, polite, friendly and helpful!
