Amazing location, super central, right across the road from Tahrir square. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities and hygiene can be improved.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff, great area for exploring downtown cairo.
Hotel staff helped me secure a taxi last minute otherwise would have missed my flight. Thanks

Reasonable for the price, however downtown cario without any sort of noise dampening is not fun. Also general condition of the building and toiletries is basic. It was listed as 4star and yet all we got were a couple of sachets of shampoo for a week stay. But like i said for price it was ok just not at standard we expected.
