We enjoyed our stay, found the bed really comfy but the DIRECTV set up is strange. Had to replace our remote which was done quickly. Loved the lazy river! But the bathtub design is just bad! It felt dangerous to get in and out. Some hand-holds are desperately needed!! I would ask for a handicap room next time.

The only issue we had was that the toilet kept running. Called and reported it. They attempted to fix it but in the morning we flushed the toilet and it flooded.

Had a great time, but I had reservations for 2 queen beds and gave us a king size bed for 4 people and said first come first serve. Whet the point in reservation?!
