Amazing hotel experience as soon as you walk through into reception to the time you leave.
Beautiful location.

Reception staff were great but the bar staff would forget to come to take your order, after being told to take a seat by bar staff. Maybe understaffed in the bar area

We had a lovely stay , the staff at ebb and flow were very friendly and welcoming, Lisa at the Pro shop was amazing helping me book a round of golf, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was all you could ask for at a large well run hotel, would definitely recommend this to visiting golfers and tourists 👍
