We stay at this hotel ofen when travelling to Toronto. It's comfortable and conveniently located as you can walk to it from Terminal 3.
This time, though, we got a room on the main floor and it was quite loud the first night with peoole walking and talking in rooms above.
The staff is always very kind and helpful, except for one of the night reception desk ladies which was quite rude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly.
The free breakfast and shuttle are a nice bonus.
We'll stay again in the future.
