The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal as the tube line was across the street and a bus line a little further. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

All in all good experience. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Worn down, especially bathroom, dripping faucet in shower

Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

The room was clean, had everything you'd expect, and the bed was comfortable.
There are several lifts all operating properly. Water bottle refill stations were handy. The staff were always professional and friendly.
We didn't have breakfast because the menu lacked adequate vegan options. I would say this needs improvement.
