Hotel Villa Lubrense

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lubrense! It is a beautiful hotel with stunning outdoor yards/pools and incredible views. A short 10 minute drive into Sorrento, but the public bus stop is right at the entrance to the hotel and it's only two-euro in to town. There are also beautiful beaches and a few restaurants very close to the hotel, a steep but short walk away. The staff at Villa Lubrense were by far the best part of our stay. Tino (?) and Fabiola at the front desk were incredibly helpful, giving us wonderful restaurant and sight-seeing suggestions each day. Fabiola even drove us herself to a neighbouring town when the road to Sorrento was closed AND she wouldn't let us tip her or pay her at all. We stayed at other hotels in the area and found the staff at Villa Lubrense to be by far the best.

Very nice and upgraded our room!

Love the location and the view by the pool. The breakfast was excellent. The bar was only open till 7:00 p.m. it would be nice if it stayed open till 9:00 pm. The pool wasn't heated a little too cold to go in. The gate wasn't open when we had to leave at 7: 30pm so we had to pull our luggage on a rough road. We also had difficulty calling the front office to let them know our questions. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked though. The location was really nice and close to Sorrento.

Views from the hotel and pool were amazing. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were lovely, even drove us up the hill to the bus stop with our cases on check out. The premises are covered in beautiful flowers and the hotel is just down the road from a bus stop. There was a water outage in the area which meant no running water for a couple of days but the hotel made sure to keep us supplied with lots of bottled water so we had water to drink and clean ourselves. Would love to return. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
