Very nice hotel, clean, and helpful staff. Free wifi and the included breakfast was nice.

Great location right opposite the Palace and a short walk to both Gran Via and Centro. Internal room with no Palace view was good and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Get a room with a Palace view to take the vibe up a notch.

Property decor not the greatest to my taste. Lobby decor feels outdated. Rooms are big for Europe which are usually small. Cleaning staff professional and available. Rooms and bathroom cleaning and comfortable. Quiet location, within walking distance to main tourist attractions.
Air conditioner working good. Restaurant, pharmacy snack store and good coffee bakery shop near
