The management and staff were outstanding. When the Airlines lost my luggage, they went out of their way to get a real person from the airlines on the phone, and added their name as a contact to assist after hours. Then they made sure to provide step by step directions to allow me to get on a train to the airport to find the lost luggage. To all the staff at this hotel, I commend you. The Hilton corporate leadership needs to share this with the staff and make sure they receive the recognition for going above and beyond. 5 stars does not do justice for the service received.
