Always was a good property when it was The Radisson and still shines. Great gym and swimming pool area. Location in business district perhaps not the first choice on weekends but very convenient between mid city and quay. Excellent room with upgrade.

Fantastic location for walking to Circular Quay, CBD and stations. King bed was really comfortable and a lovely large room. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Sydney.

Very nice room with good services.
Due to aging of building, some wear and tear issue, e.g. water tap keep dripping water in our 2 nd night.
We changed 2 kettles to get to one that can be used properly.

Very impressed with my stay. All of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help. They consistently presented themselves in a warm, professional and attentive manner, which really added to the overall experience.
The accommodation itself was clean, a good size, and had all the amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay.
Given the excellent location and the overall quality of the hotel, service, staff and food, I would certainly say this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
