Clean room and great service staff are really helpful

Unfortunately there was a stain over the carpet and settee cushions. Stayed in room 203. The staff were very helpful. They worked well even tho Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic. Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power. But otherwise I stay was lovely as its location is perfect for city site seeing due to the proximity of the hotel to the tube and bus station.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from tube, bar prices very expensive for 3 soft drinks. Breakfast really good, frequently replenished and staff were quick to clear tables for quick turnaround when it was busy. Able to leave cases on checkout to be picked up later.
