Dear Marissa, Linda, and Lora,
I am writing to express my most sincere appreciation for the exceptional compassion and support you extended to me during what was undoubtedly a very difficult time. While my daughter was undergoing critical care in the Intensive Care Unit at the facility in the Museum area, your collective efforts significantly contributed to making my extended stay as comfortable and reassuring as it could possibly be.
The professionalism and empathy you demonstrated were a source of great comfort and did not go unnoticed. Your kindness made a profound difference during an incredibly stressful period for my family and I.
I am immensely relieved and pleased to share the wonderful news that my daughter has now successfully been moved out of the ICU. This positive development brings immense relief, and I am truly grateful for the supportive environment you helped create.
Thank you once again for your invaluable assistance and genuine care.
Warm regards,
Curtis Butler III
