Helpful staff and friendly !
An extra charge was added to my credit card I was unaware of to have 3 people in a room.
My rooms smoke alarm went off at 2 AM The night staff person was very apologetic and took the alarm!

The building is an older building but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Wonderful bed. The hot tub was fine, not over hot. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfsst. But the staff was wonderful. Courteous, helpful and very friendly. This included housekeepers, desk personnel and management.

Breakfast was gross, ate 1 waffle. Brandi was great with making sure my checkin went smoothly and was available and happy to help!
