Staff was awesome helping us check-in, places to eat near by, and a very excellent breakfast with variety of yummy treats.

Breakfast was really great!

Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was very small, no wardrobe or place to put your clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase and push it under the bed. The mattress was so hard and thin, that we had to leave earlier. Unless you're used to sleep on the floor, forget it!

Tight space for a family of 4. Buffet breakfast was decent and free shuttle to Tokyo station throughout the day was helpful.
