Needs new Managment. Place was fine but could be so much better especially the bar and restaurant.

The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and professional. She gave us information on hotel facilities and also of Galway city. She was really nice and had a welcoming personality. The hotel was fabulous and great location. All the staff were helpful
