Location (close to Ladies Markets, Mongkok clothing shops, Starbucks, airport bus stop) was fantastic; room was a little small but clean; bathroom good; we had an early flight arrival & were allowed to check in early so very impressed; check in receptionist very friendly (although with very limited English); only downfall was the wi-fi didn't work.

The location is great; near MTR Mongkok only 2 minutes walked. Also easily to come from airport directly by bus no. A21. Drop at Bank Centre station. But the room's very small; no space only one step from door to bed.
Staff very nice and can speak English.
Lift small and terrible.
