At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet. It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.

The hotel was really nice! The rooms were well equipped with very comfortable beds and fabulous water pressure in the showers. The bathrooms could use a little bit of work with the caulking and grout in the showers/ floor. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
