Capsa's location is great, close to everything: Cismigiu, restaurants and libraries. Also, the sweet treats and service at Capsa shop is exquisite.
The staff accomodated my mom's needs promptly. We had a nice sejour!

Had a wonderful stay . Hotel is a very old building from 19th century. It was giving museum vibes as well.
