I did not see their email before almost getting into the property after 17 Hour Drive. Even though they put in the email request for key 12 hours beforehand, they still had me set up at the front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning.! sorry for requesting for money back as in we could not get a hold of anybody last moment but once we arrive to the property, we seen the courtesy note with information on how to get to the room and into it. Very clean and highly recommended thank you very much. Will be returning.! 👌
