8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2018
The staff is lovely. We had some problems with the room not being prepared (no towels, soap, or toilet paper were installed, and the kitchen was completely empty of even a single fork) but the staff were quick to remedy any lack. For those dependent on wi-fi be aware that service is spotty at best. However, the pillows are a thing of beauty- we slept like babies. And the generous bathtubs are a respite for weary travellers. The manager and staff are quick to supply anything one might find lacking.

Poor WiFi network need to be improved.
Stuff should deliver food or drinks on time before they are called again
