No breakfast no coffee. Impossible to get towels or anything that you should have. No water no ice. And no cups

I liked that it was quick and painless to reserve, and the owners were residents, and friendly. The room was clean. Some of the common areas are apparently being renovated. They're fun spaces with lots of potential. I wish them well and hope they prosper.
