The reptionist was great.
The room was spacious enough for my daughter and I. She complained about the cigarette smell but I was the one who purchased the room.
The bath was soothing.
I liked the location of the hotel, we were able to walk there from the train station and we got a great feel of Shinjuku during our two-night stay.

Had one night book but stayed there a day later after a short trip elsewhere I had. Absolutely great location. Shinjuku is amazing and at night even more, the hotel is right next to all of that.
They helped us a lot letting my Mom and me store our luggage a few hours before check-in and some hours after while we were making the best of our visit to Tokyo.
A place I'll definitely stay again if I go to Tokyo again and will recommend.

The staff was friendly, it is spacious, and they tried to clean it but it's a little older. But in a pinch it's a good spot. The beds are a little rigid but your getting what your paying for. I recommend it as it's cheap and a good location if you wanna go to ikebukero, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Ill potentially come back to this hotel but we shall see. Thank you kind sir.
