hotel staff has good service mind, however, some part in the room is not so complete.

The reason to stay was for the bath. The large bath was not full enough to have the jet to work. Terrible noise. I couldn't stay and had to go back to my room to shower only. The room tub was also leaking so couldn't soak there either. Need fixing.
