Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing.
The staff was very friendly and set us up into the adjacent room that had no AC compressors but it had no balcony. The room was bigger though.
Overall a very nice place to spend a week right on the beach.
Oh another thing, during the months of May (we were there at the end of May), the beach access closes at 9pm for sea turtles to come and lay eggs.

The room with a kitchenette suited our family of 4 for our 5 night stay. Towels were provided by the pool and cleaning service upon request. I used the laundry facility which was very convenient! The stretch of beach is just beautiful with pelicans that soar overhead. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

The building is very old and the rooms are in desperate need remodeling. The cabinets are in horrible condition.
