チェックインからチェックアウトまで、ハートフルで、心の籠ったサービスを頂きました。
ハノイ日本人街の中心近くに在り、利便性も抜群です。キッチン・洗濯&乾燥機も個室内に設置してあり、大変に有難い。
建物は古いですが、毎日の清掃も行き届いて
おり とても清潔です。
ハノイ滞在には、素晴らしいホテルだと思いお勧めします。

Located near the center of Hanoi's Japanese town, it's extremely convenient. There's a kitchen and a washer/dryer in each room, which is very convenient.
The building is old, but it's cleaned thoroughly every day and is very clean.
I think this is a great hotel for your stay in Hanoi and highly recommend it.

A guest upfloor started cloth washing in very early morning, which was very noisy.
