It was better than I expected!

Only 1 complaint. Hard surface floors were sticky, having not been rinsed. Not sure how housekeepers aren’t trained and don’t know. I left a polite note describing the issue and asking to rinse the floors. Note and tip were gone - floors still sticky.

Blue Lake Casino is our favorite hotel in the region, bar none. The rooms are nice and modern, the staff are very friendly, and we have had consistently excellent stays. 4 or 5 times a year, and we’ll continue staying here!
