Clean rooms and nice friendly staff. Close to the station but not a lot of noise from the trains.
Rooms were a bit small.

We loved our stay of 5 nights. Our family of four was in the one room and it was spacious enough. Two adults and 11yr old across the two singles and 14yr old on the sofa bed. The hotel is located in Koreatown of Japan and was extremely easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. There was an abundance of great restaurants close by. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed.
