100% recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath is stellar (sauna, indoor bath, outdoor bath and ice cold bath) and you can wash your clothes while you bathe. The free evening ramen and icy pole were lovely to come back to after roaming Akihabara.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but if you're going out a lot, you won't notice.
Also the location is very convenient, close to a few JR and metro stations so it's easy to leave and to come back to.
