Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to help with any information needed. I can't praise him enough. His english is also very good. All in all very great stay at this hotel and would definetly reccommend to family and friends.

Everything was fantastic and we enjoyed so much, the staff were very friendly and kind.

A Fantastic Apartment with good Five star amenities Very good for families Near to Istanbul Forum Mall which is destination for all shops cheap compare to local market Highly recommend to all who want to live neat and good ambience Thanks to all staff for our service

We stayed here as a family and booked the large apartment/suite for 7–8 people on the top floor. We were very impressed with our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything a family of 6–7 people, including a child, could need. The environment was quiet and peaceful, the hotel was very well maintained, and the view from the apartment was beautiful. The location was also excellent. It was very close to the train station and a fantastic large shopping centre with plenty of good restaurants. Public transportation was very convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families travelling together. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay here again.
