The hotel is located very conveniently in the hear of the Old City, close to restaurants and shopping.
The hotel manager, Yegiana, was wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

It was in the center of the Old Towne and had elevated views of the Caspian Sea and the waterfront of Baku. It seemed family owned and they ensured you were pleased.
Baku has limited credit card access to the outside world, it is better to withdrawal cash at the airport for the hotel. ABB Bank is a national bank with limited ATM international transactions. Smaller merchants do not have the ability to reach non-Baku cards.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Miss Nazakat helped us a lot. My wife was pregnant, but she had a very good experience at this hotel. Whatever we asked, they provided. I wish she knew some English, but I could speak their language. If you need anything, ask them. The location was perfect and close to the attractions and shopping malls. The price was reasonable.
