The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. The underground parking was a blessing. Had to figure out by myself the room key also serve to turn and keep the lighs on.

Reasonably priced; helpful staff; walking distance to Jardin Botanic Nacional, a branch of a local bank; clean room and a couple of eateries.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is rundown and the price was rediculous considering the quality of the room. This hotel should be marketed for single one night travelers. I unfortunately subjected my family to this hotel. They stated they had a restaurant, which is a small cafe that did not have any night time service! I would never stay here again. There isn't anything within walking distance and the area is dark and appears to be unsafe. I do not think this hotel should be marketed by Expedia or any other site!
