The lodge appearance and feel. The breakfast, the hot tub, and the view were all great. Did not like the fact that there were no elevators.

In our room, the shower had no grab bars, or a bath mat to avoid slipping
The power station on the nightstand didnt work. Could not find the fitness room but there's a great walk up the hill just a few steps from entrance. No elevator!?@?!? Steep stairs instead, yikes! Great breakfast spread. Very helpful staff!!!!
