I want to give this hotel a 5 star rating because the staff was so incredibly kind and the room was nice and clean. But it is not a hotel for one traveling with a baby. There is a lift, but I could barely fit my stroller into it, and the hallway is very small. Also, there are a few rooms where you need to climb only 3 stairs to get to, but again, that’s not easy with a stroller. Finally, the breakfast area is very clean and has fresh options, but there was not a high chair available. So in all, it is a great hotel for a single person or a couple, but if you have a little one, I’d chose a different place.

Simple, adequately appointed hotel in good location. Efficient and friendly staff.

Fantastic location—right by the train stations and opposite Westfield.
Super helpful staff - they even contacted the Sindbad coach helpline and emailed me the info.
Spacious room, two toilets for three people, and strong air conditioning. Would definitely recommend!
Surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at night even the cafe/bar was next to our room on the ground floor.
