Very attentive staff. Listened to our concerns with room and corrected an issue right away. Dining on property very convenient!

We loved our stay. The staff made it perfect for us very attentive, with problem-solving skills A+. Not only with us, but I also saw how they handled the customer beside me and was in awe of how beautifully and professionally they handled his concern.
The text service is so convenient. They reply quickly. My son wanted to go down some hills by the kids’ park, so I texted them asking about a store that sold sleds. Instead, they offered us tubes so kind! I had also forgotten his toothbrush, and they provided one for him.
The room was clean and felt like a studio apartment. It had all the necessities for those who want to cook, plus a washer and dryer in the bathroom closet perfect for washing and drying snow clothes before packing.
We ate at the restaurant every night during our stay since I don’t like driving at night, and it was so convenient. Thank you for making our NH trip amazing!

Room was cozy and clean. It has a stove, dishwasher and laundry. Great hall closets for ski and snow stuff. Loved the wagons available to shuttle the stuff back from car.
