Just what we were looking for. Friendly, safe, not too busy, good access to subway, nice neighborhood. Motel is quite dated but that was perfect for us as everything worked fine but meant it was a within our budget whilst still offering the safety, friendliness and breakfast that were more important to us. Good WiFi, well equipped room and air con was very much appreciated. And great view of Manhattan skyline from our window! Thanks đ
