OH MY!! WHAT AN AMAZING ROOM! We splurged for the balcony room and if you can do it you SHOULD. It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Staff were outstanding and very professional. Bar tender was excellent. Would not have changed one thing about our stay!!

Staff is so hardworking and friendly. The friendliest experience so far in Switzerland when it comes to staff interaction. Room service breakfast and pool was top of the line.

This is a really nice hotel in everyway with multilingual staff. Of course it is expensive but in terms of Switzerland it was good value for money considering the level of service and care
