The Dover

The person at the reception desk was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. This is important when you first enter a hotel. The twin bedroom was clean, and all essentials were there, i.e., a tea maker and a hairdryer. The toilet was clean, and the shower wasn't bad and did the job. The beds were comfortable, and the street itself was not noisy. The price wasn't too bad for central London, and it was about eight minutes away from the tube station. It was near a pub and not far from the shops. The only downside was that the stairs were steep and the corridor looked a bit worn and needing a freshen-up. The hotel didnt smell. Overall, my stay there was very welcoming, and I would stay there again.

Booked the family room, perfect for a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing

Great location super helpful staff

For the price, this was a great place to stay—good location, helpful staff, clean room. There’s no AC or elevator but they make that clear in the description so there weee no surprises. Highly recommended!
