The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel.
The owners were very friendly, helpful and visibly worked very hard daily to clean and maintain the property. Very helpful and definitely a family affair!
Our room was clean, the double beds were very comfortable, and plenty of room for our dog kennels to be set up for our stay. Lots of grass on property for walking the dogs, and they were welcomed with us. $20/per night per pet charge, but we were fine with that.
All in all a good stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend anyone in the area to stay as well.
