Bruno the manager and Abbie were extremely helpful.
When we had to replace our luggage because to allow for some unplanned purchases. Bruno took our old baggage off our hands.
On numerous occasions Abbie helped us with directions and tips for shopping and getting around.

The hotel is easy access from the city, the people are nice, the rooms are clean and the wifi is definitely up to par. My only concern is that with the hotel breakfast and their restaurant situation in general, it’s not even clear
